Green Thumb

We have a flower bed in our front that is pretty bare and black. I don't have the energy or time to devote to making it look lovely, so I called up a woman from our church family who is a master gardener and asked if she could give me some tips/help. Not only did she give me advice, but she mapped our our garden, went to a nursery and bought us many beautiful flowers! Then she came over and helped plant them and decorate the space! Talk about giving more that you expect and doing  so cheerfully! Here is what the area looked like before her visit...
Norma, the master gardener, Zach and Lyddi hard at work.
The girls stepped in a lot to help. They especially wanted to help with the wheel barrow...
...which quickly turned into wheel barrow rides!
The finished product!! She was even thoughtful enough to pick perennials that require low maintenance- what a gift!! Thank you Norma!
