We started the month by celebrating Silas' 2nd birthday! It's hard to believe our little guy is 2 already. 

 He was pretty pumped about his dinosaur cake.

He was super pumped to get his own "baball oop!"

Si and my dad's birthday are only a few days apart so they got to celebrate together.

 This little guy is so funny. We've given him a few different special blankies/lovies for him to bond with and he didn't really take to any of them. What he prefers is pulling his sheet off his crib and using that as his lovey. What a funny guy.

 We had a raccoon living under our deck so we called Pest Control to have it removed. It was very exciting to wake up and check the trap to find a raccoon!

 An anual carnival came to town so we just had to plan a trip. Here we are pulling in...

What a great place to spend an absurd amount on money in about 45 minutes. Yikes. But the kids had a blast.

 We had a neighborhood garage sale so we decided to set up a lemonade stand. Carrie helped paint it.

 The girls also had a field day they got to participate in. We met some friends there who have a son Silas' age. So the boys cheered on their sisters from the stroller.

 A big event this month was celebrating Pentecost! Here we are wearing our tongues of fire while reading the story after a delicious breakfast.

 Zach gave Silas his first buzz cut. We had to put on a show for him to sit still, and the girls didn't want to miss out on that. He sat super still and did great.
