We had three big "firsts" this month. A biggie was Lydia's first day of preschool! She goes to a homeschool co-op class one day a week. Below Daddy is giving her a pep-talk before getting into the car.

We have some friends who were also sending their daughter, who Lydia has developed a friendship with. Lily and Lydia are in the middle together with little sisters, Carrie and Adele (who are also the same age) next to them. This family also has a son a few months apart in age from Silas!

Lyddi and Miss Amy, her teacher. The first day was a little tough for Lydia, but once she got comfortable she did great! Way to go honey!
Later that same day Lydia had another "first"...first dentist appointment! She was a champ. She sat and cooperated extremely well.
It was super cute. I told her she would have to open her mouth during her check-up. She definitely listened as she kept her mouth wide open the whole time, even when the dentist wasn't ready to look in her mouth yet. :-)

The following day the girls had yet another "first"... first ballet class!
They both LOVED it and were already asking when they got to go again before we were in the van to go home. It was absolutely precious watching them.
