Kidney Ball!

Zach and I were invited to a Kidney Ball to honor and celebrate all the work being done to help those with kidney problems. It was a black tie event- a rare occasion for us. It was fun getting dressed up for a night out!

Dr. DeJong, who performed Zach's surgery a year ago, was honored that night. We had the pleasure of sitting next to him and his wife. What a wonderful, humble, Godly couple they are who live their life for the Lord, each other and others. We were even gleaning parenting advice from them. It was just a lovely evening.
