A highlight of this past month was going to Frederik Meijer Gardens with my mom, my sister Anne, and her kids for a morning. I have only been one other time and I was amazed at how much this place offers! We took a tour of all the statues and different works of art around the gardens.
There was a pumpkin patch in which the kids had fun playing!
It made for a very colorful photo op!

Apparently the girls were quite inspired by the outing. The next day I came outside after the girls had been playing for a bit, and they were thrilled to show me their masterpiece!
