Life in Second Grade (or as it's called here, "Grade Two.")

School life is busy this time of year. The weeks tend to fly by! A few weeks ago we had field day which is always super fun. I was in charge of running the obstacle course. My students were in teams so I got to see them all throughout the day. I snuck some pics of a few of my kiddos enjoying the afternoon.

My students worked hard to earn a special treat....pizza! So I surprised them by having Zach bring the pizza in two days earlier than they were expecting it. Boy were they thrilled! Zach came to the classroom a little early to play a few rounds of Heads Up Seven Up before lunch.

The students played a little guessing game with Mr. O to see who got the extra crazy bread. He makes quite a teacher!

When the bell rang, all my students high-fived or hugged Mr. O goodbye.


Who would have thought three pizzas and some crazy bread could make for such a fun, memorable lunch in the classroom.
